At Kaala Dhanda, we ensure reliable, tracked delivery across India through trusted logistics partners. Every order is packaged securely to maintain product integrity during transit.

1. Delivery Timelines

Delhi NCR 2 – 3 business days
Rest of India 4 – 5 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, an automated confirmation containing your tracking link and AWB number is sent to your registered email and SMS/WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free shipping across India.

4. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner attempts delivery up to 3 times before returning the shipment to our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and phone number are accurate at checkout.

  • In the event of an RTO (Return to Origin) caused by incorrect contact details or refusal of delivery, re-dispatch charges may apply.

5. Delivery Issues & Contact Support

If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, refuse the delivery or take an unboxing video/photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
