2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (the age of majority under Indian law).
  
  
• If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  
  
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, billing, and shipping details for all transactions.
  
  

3. Products & Sizing Accuracy

• Small-Batch Releases: Our unisex apparel and drop-shoulder silhouettes are crafted in small batches. Product inventory is limited and subject to availability.
  
  
• Color & Display: We display garment colors, textures, and fabric washes as accurately as possible. Because digital displays and mobile screens render colors differently, slight variations in actual hue or fabric finish may occur.
  
  
• Size Guides: We provide specific garment dimensions on our product pages. Customers are encouraged to verify their measurements prior to placing an order.
  
  

4. Pricing & Order Acceptance

• All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  
  
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item, cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, or reject orders with unserviceable delivery pin codes. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  
  

5. Exchange & Store Credit Only (No Cash Refunds)

• No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash, card, UPI, or bank refunds for returned products.
  
  
• Exchanges: Customers may request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery, provided the garment is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retained with original tags intact.
  
  
• Store Credit: In instances where an exchanged size is out of stock or unavailable, we issue Store Credit (valid for 6 months from the date of issue). Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
  
  
• Damaged Goods: Manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video verification for an immediate replacement.
  
  

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines (2–3 business days for Delhi NCR; 4–5 business days for the rest of India) are estimates based on standard courier partner transit schedules.
  
  
• We are not liable for transit delays caused by force majeure events, severe weather, courier hub logistics strikes, or regional courier service interruptions.
  
  
• In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect shipping address or consecutive non-availabilities (Return to Origin / RTO), re-shipping fees will be billed to the customer.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All brand assets, including the name KAALA DHANDA, the monogram KD, garment graphic artworks, website imagery, copy, trademarks, and design packaging, are the proprietary intellectual property of Kaala Dhanda.
  
  
• You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, exploit, or reverse-engineer any portion of our designs or website assets without express written consent from us.
  
  

8. Prohibited Uses

1. For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
   
   
2. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
   
   
3. To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact and payment details.
   
   
4. To upload malicious software, viruses, or any code that disrupts site performance.
   
   
5. To scrape, harvest, or crawl our catalog or database for commercial resale.
   
   

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kaala Dhanda and its proprietor, associates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchased products.
  
  
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific garment or order in question.
